Below you will find professional mission statements and photos of some of our staff members. All workforce members value and act in accordance with the Dignity Model, as proposed by Donna Hicks, PhD.
It is my mission to support my clients with sincerity and help them enjoy productive and dignified lives. I will approach every day and situation with positivity and thoughtfulness. I hope to encourage each client to find purpose in everyday activities.
It is my goal to make a difference in my clients' lives by promoting independence, growth, and acceptance to be who you are every day.
To provide people with a validating and accepting environment, where they can experience their innate wisdom, strength, and worth.

UNIVERSAL DESIGN & DAILY LIVING SKILLS COORDINATOR
I would like to grow as a person and a professional. I want to help clients to be as independent as possible in their chosen daily occupations and to live fulfilling lives.

My mission is to always have an open and accepting mind, and to help people to get the most of their lives.
ART & WEB COORDINATOR
My mission is to better the lives of my clients by offering my support as they work towards their goals. I endevour to do this by exhibiting a positive, encouraging and fun attitude that will inspire my clients to exceed their expectations and take pride in their achievements.
I'm committed to ensuring we recruit, train, support & supervise the highest quality staff, so we can effectively support our clients in their goals. I enjoy exploring creative ways to facilitate clients networking within their community, so they can fully participate while sharing their strengths and skills.
I strive daily towards having a meaningful connection and impact on the clients, their caregivers and coworkers.
To make CSN welcoming, efficient and productive. I want the clients we support to go home every day proud of themselves and the work they accomplish, and our staff to go home eager to come back knowing that what they do is important, valued work.

I like the job I am doing with clients because I keep them safe. I also enjoy helping clients who cannot help themselves and/or experience hard conditions or behaviors
MEDICATION AND INDIVIDUAL BANKING COORDINATOR
My goal is to provide clients with the best care possible and make them safe at CSN and around the community.
My goal is to better the life of my clients by offering my support as they work toward their goals. I want to grow as a professional and am always ready to help my clients. I love the work I am doing.
DIRECTOR OF DAILY OPERATIONS
I encourage each person I am in contact with to enhance their sense of self worth, confidence, and to be engage with their community. I hope to help people see that we are all individuals, who deserve respect and dignity.
My goal is to see and understand each person's unique experiences, qualities, and approach to the world, to meet them where they seek connection, and provide opportunities for growth, learning, and fun.
CREATIVE CRAFTS COORDINATOR
I ensure each individual hears they are a valued, contributing member of their community. I intend to use my knowledge, compassion and sense of humor to instill feelings of pride and accomplishment in myself and our clients.
I want to assist my clients in reaching their goals. I do what I can to provide knowledge in their lives and around the community.
I am committed to finding and utilizing our clients' strengths in their fields of work. I am also committed to developing, maintaining and improving our clients' vocational endevours. When given opportunities and support, I believe our clients are capable of contributing to our community's well-being.
My goal is to help our clients succeed in their everyday life.
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMING
To Staff: I want to be a person that employees know they can count on during stressful situations. I want to stabilize chaos. To Clients: I want to be someone that our clients trust, and for them to associate me with humor and experience.
VISITORS & EVENTS COORDINATOR
It's imperative that we facilitate self-worth, significance and belonging amongst all people in order to support societal differences. My intent is to help bridge this gap by showing up every day with an unbiased, encouraging, positive attitude.
My goal here at CSN is to create a safe and caring space for the clients I serve, and to create meaningful experiences for them on a daily basis!
I take life one day at a time. I come to CSN each day ready to take on the world. When things get rough all I need to do is look at the clients' smiles and I know what we do is for a reason. Some days are hard, but at the end of the day, I know I made a difference and I can't wait to come back and do it all again.
My mission is to provide excellent cleaning services. In life, my goal is to be good and thoughtful to all people. I strive to be helpful to those around me. I also work hard to be inclusive of all people, regardless of differences.
My goals at CSN are being mindful, recognizing value and helping our clients live with dignity.

I work to thoughtfully take positive approaches and to recognize and applaud great efforts and successes of those we support. I strive to minimize my physical and verbal supports per each individual in a safe manner, allowing them to perform and work in their maximum capabilities.
